Mode of Shipment
Shipping fees within Malaysia varies based on the weight of the order. As our products are fragile, they are carefully shipped via our courier partner, SkyNet. We do not ship to multiple addresses right now, but if you require such services, please let us know via email or you can reach us at +603 2202 4182. We are unable to provide shipping to other countries at the moment, but we are working on it.

Mode of Payment
We accept payment via Paypal, VISA, Mastercard and ApplePay. We are unable to provide Cash on Delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping Lead Time
Our order processing team will process your order and ship within 3 - 5 working days. Delivery by our courier partner will take 7 working days. If you would like to add items to your order, you can reach us via email or at +603 2202 4182.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fee varies according to weight of your purchase. 
For orders less than 10kg, shipping fee of RM 50.00 apply.
For orders less than 20kg, shipping fee of RM 75.00 apply.

Returns 
It is our utmost concern that our products are the best quality. We offer an exchange service for any item (except Sachet and Reeds) in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. 

To initiate an exchange, send us an email with your order number. Our customer service representative will work with you on your exchange.
